DIWAL CORPORATION

Realizing the need for global excellence and outstanding customer service, Diwal Corporation, a 100% Filipino-owned Company was established on November 26, 2001 with an initial capital of two million pesos (Php 2,000,000). Backed by one of the most trusted names in oil and petroleum products, its core businesses include:

-         managing and operating selected Shell service stations and Select convenience stores situated strategically around Metro Manila;

-         selling of authorized Shell oils and lubes;

-         vehicle maintenance, repairs and services on selected Shell Helix Service Centers

That same year, the first Diwal service station (Diwal C5 - LOGCOM Road) in Taguig went fully operational on December 22. Eventually, this site became Diwal’s first and official Training Center for its personnel and selected Shell employees. Since then, the number of service stations grew dramatically. Diwal was able to managed  around 16 station.

However, as one of the famous song connotes..." Some good things never last!"   Business decision had made Diwal went into major change during  early 2008. This result to the release of some sites as well as their precious staff.   The change that will have a major impact for Diwal performance in the near future.
